Warranty
Warranty Coverage: All Briver products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects such as improper seam sealing, material delamination, or faulty zippers.
Excluded Issues: Normal wear and tear, improper use, or customer-caused damage are not covered. Repair fees may apply for such cases, and we’ll provide a detailed cost estimate before proceeding.
Shipping Costs: If a product qualifies for warranty repair or replacement, we’ll cover the cost of shipping it back to you. However, you are responsible for sending the product to us.
Warranty Timeline: Warranty claims are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the product.
