  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Canada-Specific Returns:
    • Customers in Canada must use an insured and trackable shipping service for returns. Any additional customs charges or taxes for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
