Exchange Policy (United States & Canada)

2. Eligibility for Exchange
- Products must be in unused and new condition, identical to the state in which they were received.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included when returning the item.
3. Shipping Costs

- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.
- The seller will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to the customer.

- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
- The seller will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to the customer.
4. Customs Duties and Taxes (Canada)
- When returning a product from Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by Canadian or U.S. customs authorities.
- Please ensure proper documentation is included with your return to avoid unnecessary delays or additional charges.
5. Exchange Limitations
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
