Exchange Policy (United States & Canada)

We are committed to providing a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Below is our exchange policy applicable to both the United States and Canada.


1. Exchange Request Period

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the product.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Products must be in unused and new condition, identical to the state in which they were received.
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included when returning the item.

3. Shipping Costs

  • United States:
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.
    • The seller will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to the customer.
  • Canada:
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.
    • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
    • The seller will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to the customer.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes (Canada)

  • When returning a product from Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by Canadian or U.S. customs authorities.
  • Please ensure proper documentation is included with your return to avoid unnecessary delays or additional charges.

5. Exchange Limitations

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

6. Exchange Process

  2. Upon approval, return the product to the address provided.
  3. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the exchange will be processed, and the new item will be shipped to you.
