  • For U.S. orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the chosen shipping method at checkout. Shipping fees may vary by weight, size, and destination.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Delays caused by carriers or weather are beyond our control, but we’ll notify you of any changes.

We currently ship to both the United States and Canada.

Return Policy

You may return unused and undamaged waders or accessories within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must include their original packaging to qualify for a return.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact Us First

    • Visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number along with details of the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Our team will provide guidance and confirm your return request.

  • Prepare Your Package

    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. If unavailable, use a sturdy box to protect the items during transit.
    • Please do not use envelopes for returns, as they can damage the item(s).

  • Return Address

    • Clearly address your package to the following:

  • Shipping Costs

    • We currently do not provide return labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • A valid tracking number is required for all returns to ensure proper processing and avoid delays.

Inspection & Refunds

  • Returns will be inspected within 2 business days of receipt at our facility.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Additional Notes

  • We recommend insuring your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier to protect against damage or loss during transit.
