  • Shipping Regions: We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Policy

  • Return Window: You may return unused, undamaged waders within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If you return the product within the 14-day return window for reasons other than damage or defect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Free Returns for Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected, you are eligible for free returns. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

Warranty Policy

Our products come with a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If an issue arises within this period due to a defect, we will provide free repair or replacement of the product.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use. Additionally, if the issue results from customer error or misuse, repair fees may apply. In such cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the product to our facility. However, if the product qualifies for warranty repair or replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping it back to the customer.
